Roasted Broccoli Rabe

Ingredients

8 stalks broccoli rabe, sliced in half down the middle
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 

In a large mixing bowl, mix the broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper.

Place on a sheet pan and roast for 10 to 15 minutes, or until slightly charred.

Serves 4
