Ingredients
2 chilled avocados, pitted and cut into chunks
1 cup unsweetened coconut- or almond-based coffee creamer, plus a little more if necessary for consistency
1/4 cup organic cocoa powder
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup any fresh berries
4 teaspoons shaved or grated dark chocolate
- Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add more creamer until it resembles the consistency of pudding.
- Divide into small dessert bowls and garnish with the berries and chocolate
