Ingredients
4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond or coconut yogurt
2 frozen bananas, chopped
4 tablespoons frozen açai berry mixture
1 tablespoon beet root powder (optional, but adds nice color)
1 tablespoon honey
1 pint raspberries
1 pint blackberries
1 pint strawberries, sliced
4 teaspoons pomegranate seeds
4 teaspoons flax seeds
4 teaspoons hemp seeds
4 teaspoons unsweetened grated or shredded coconut
4 teaspoons slivered almonds
Honey for drizzle
Instructions
Using a blender, blend yogurt, bananas, frozen açai mixture, beet root powder, and honey.
Distribute mixture equally into four cereal or soup bowls.
Dividing the ingredients between the four bowls, top the yogurt in a half-moon shape (see the photo) with raspberries, blackberries, sliced strawberries, pomegranate seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, coconut, and almonds. Drizzle a bit of honey on top of the bowls, to taste.
Serve immediately.
